1 | GENERAL ORDERING

1 Do you offer fully custom designs? Yes. Every product can be personalised. If you need a unique theme or artwork, simply add the “Custom Design Add-On”at checkout or email us first. if your order is under a certain price or if it says design isn’t included.
2 How do I place an order? Add the product to your basket, enter the personalisation details in the notes box, choose a need-by date, and check out. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
3 Can I see a proof before you print? Absolutely. We email a digital proof/ mock up. Up to three minor edits are free; further revisions or a complete theme change incur a design fee.
4 I made a spelling mistake—can you fix it? If production hasn’t started, yes. Email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, a reprint fee will apply if the order has been printed. 
5 Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Some orders qualify for bulk pricing. Email us for a quote.

2 | PROCESSING & TURNAROUND

6 Why do some products ship faster then others? They are quicker to do and we have some items on hand. If your order is small it will ship faster.
7 How long for party bags, boxes or favours? 3–21 business days depending on the detail and quantity. Each product page lists its specific timeframe.
8 What is a “need-by date”? The latest date you need the parcel in hand (not the party date). This helps us prioritise orders.
9 Can you do a rush order? Yes, with prior approval. Small orders incur a £15–£30 rush fee; large orders with less than 7 days’ notice incur a £30+ fee and may be collection-only.
10 Do you work weekends? Production days are Mon–Fri. Urgent weekend work is possible but carries an additional surcharge.

3 | SHIPPING & COLLECTION

11 Which courier do you use? Royal Mail Tracked services only.
12 Do I get a tracking number? Yes. It is emailed automatically when we dispatch. A tracking page will be added to the site. 
13 Do you ship internationally? We ship across the UK and to select countries, including the USA. Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
14 Can I collect my order? Yes—free collection from South East London (SE postcode). We’ll email you the exact address once your order is ready.
15 What if my parcel is delayed or damaged? Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, delays or damage must be claimed directly with them. We’ll help with paperwork if needed.

4 | RUSH & LAST-MINUTE ORDERS

16 I need it tomorrow—can you help? Extremely last-minute orders are collection-only and subject to availability. Full payment + rush fee required upfront.
17 How do I pay the rush fee? We’ll send a separate invoice. Production starts once the rush fee is paid.

5 | PRODUCT-SPECIFIC

Party Bags & Chip Wrappers

18 Do you empty crisps into your chip bags? No. Bags are supplied flat and unfilled. Slip the sealed snack inside, peel the tape, press the edges, and you’re done.
19 Are they food-safe? Yes. We use food-grade paper and inks for all edible-adjacent items.

Stickers & Labels

20 Are stickers waterproof? currently no. Our paper stickers aren’t waterproof. We do offer vinyl stickers that may be able to get wet. We will be adding waterproof stickers in the future.
21 Can I order any size? Most sizes up to A4 are fine—email us if you need a custom dimension.

22 Does the vinyl peel off? We use premium permanent vinyl. Hand-wash only and avoid soaking for best results.

23 What are the care instructions? Wash inside-out at 30 °C, no tumble dry, iron on reverse.

24 What’s the Design Add-On? It covers extra design time for bespoke artwork, multi-item themes, or orders under £50 requesting custom art.
25 How many edits are free? Three minor edits. After that, an additional £20 design fee applies.
26 Can you recreate trademarked characters? We offer fan-inspired designs for personal use only and do not sell or claim ownership of any licensed artwork.

27 What payment methods do you accept? Debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer for orders under £400.
28 Do you require ID for large orders? Yes. Orders £400+ will require ID or bank-transfer verification to prevent fraud.

8 | RETURNS & AFTER-SALES

29 Can I return personalised items? No—personalised items are exempt from the UK’s 14-day cooling-off period.
30 What if I spot a mistake after approval? A reprint fee will apply. Please check proofs carefully before giving final approval.
31 My order arrived damaged. What now? Email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll help you file a Royal Mail claim.

33 How do I access my file? You’ll receive an instant download link plus backup email.

36 Do you use eco-friendly packaging? Where possible, orders are shipped in recyclable or compostable packaging.
37 Will colours print exactly as on screen? Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and paper stock. We calibrate our printers for the closest possible match.
38 Can I schedule a design consultation? Of course—email us to set up a free 15-minute call.
39 Do you work with corporate clients? Yes, we design branded favours, merch, and packaging for businesses.
